Minimum Stay

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights for any property in any season.

Payment

50% of the total amount of your reservation, accommodation plus any other additional service required, will be charged when booking. The final 50% will be charged upon arrival.

An additional 250€ (two hundred and fifty euros) deposit will be blocked on your credit card and it will be refunded upon your departure after an inspection of the property. We will contact you prior to your arrival to formalize the deposit.

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge within 72 hours of booking. If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, only 50% of the down payment will be refunded besides the deposit. If cancelled less than 30 days prior, the down payment will not be refunded, except for the deposit.

Check-in & Check-out

We offer a 24/7 direct check-in service. No reception, you can collect your keys at the property, at any time. We will provide you with the instructions before arrival. NUUN personnel will contact you on the following day as we need, by law, to identify every guest. A piece of identification will be required from everyone. The aforementioned deposit will also be charged at check-in.

Check-out is preferred between 11:00h and 12:00h . Please contact us for late check-out and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Change of Dates

Please contact us if you wish to change the dates of your reservation. Change of dates depend on the availability of the property booked. Booking rates may vary.

Cleaning & Linen

The properties are cleaned prior to your arrival, and fresh linen and towels are provided. Nothing to worry about, we take care of everything on departure. A deep weekly cleaning, including linen and towel change, will be provided for stays of more than 7 nights at an additional charge.

If you need additional cleaning services, please let us know prior to booking. These cleaning services will be charged as an extra.

Laundry

All our properties are equipped with washing and drying machines. Laundry detergent is provided. For dry-cleaning or other needs, please contact us.

Breakfast

Although NUUN properties are self-catering, you’ll find a number of groceries for your first morning in the city, such as coffee, tea, cereals, cocoa, fresh fruit, juices, milk and bread. Every property has a Nespresso coffee machine, along with capsules, so that you can enjoy a steaming cup of coffee first thing.

There is a NUUN Breakfast available for those who arrive late and would appreciate a proper breakfast the next morning. Please let us know and we will arrange a healthy breakfast according to your preferences. Contact us for more details on NUUN Breakfast.

Internet Access

All our properties offer high speed free Wi-Fi throughout.

Pets

Small pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please drop us a line before booking, indicating the property you’d like to stay in, tell us about your friend and we will write back as soon as possible. Extra cleaning rates may be charged.

Parking

Some of our properties have their own garage, which is always indicated in the property description. If you are travelling by car and the property you booked does not have its own garage, contact us and we will send information on the closest parking and the best possible rates.

Smoking Policy

All our properties are nonsmoking. Smoking is only permitted on terraces, balconies or gardens, never inside the houses or apartments.

Good Neighbor Policy

All guests are expected to behave in a suitable manner, to treat the property and all of its equipment with care, and to show respect towards neighbors. Please be especially considerate with noise levels in the evening and at night.

No loud music or partying will be allowed. Complaints from neighbors or the police may lead to immediate eviction, day or night.
